Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Cancellation:

How do I cancel an order - 

  • Due to any unfortunate reason you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel your order before your product is dispatched, we will issue a complete refund.

  • For order cancellations where the products are already dispatched, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the entire amount. 

 

Return & Replacement:

  • All products will be eligible for replacement only incase of any defects found in the products.

  • Please contact our Customer Service team through Call/WhatsApp on 9821338894 for initiating the replacement and send them the images/snapshots of the damaged product. All replacements or refunds will be issued post the team receives and verifies the returned product.

  • While returning the defect free product, please ensure that the product is send back in the same condition as it was shipped to you to ensure that the product doesn't get damaged during transit. Please share the images of inside and outside box packaging with our Customer Service team once the product is ready for return. The team will let you know the return shipping charges which you'll need to pay and will arrange for pick up. Incase, the product get damaged during return due to improper/inadequate packaging, no refund will be issued.

  • Replacement of all products depend on their availability. Incase if the products are out of stock, we may not be able to offer a replacement. In all such cases, we'll issue only a refund.

 

Refund Policy: 

All refunds will be issued in the same form the payment is received within 3-5 working days from the date of cancellation of order and acceptance of refund.
